These terms govern use of the public website and, where you have an account, the client portal of Eurotrust AG. By using the site you agree to them.

What this site does

The website provides information about the firm and, for authorised clients, reporting of investments recorded by the firm. It does not execute client orders. Nothing on the site is investment advice, an offer, or a solicitation.

Accounts

Portal access is personal. You must keep login details confidential and tell us if you suspect misuse. We may suspend access to protect the platform or to meet legal duties.

Content

Figures, prices and documents in the portal are reporting records. Live market data, where shown, can be delayed or incomplete. Manual valuations can differ from prices that could be achieved on a sale.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Eurotrust AG is not liable for loss arising from use of the public website or from decisions you take on the basis of information shown there. Mandatory rights as a consumer or client remain unaffected.

Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The ordinary courts at the registered office of Eurotrust AG in Baar, Canton of Zug, have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
